Can't find any nutritional information? Look here!

There are many sources to finding nutritional information. Nutritional information can be found on the Internet, by asking your doctor, or visiting the local library or bookstore. Some restaurants even have handy little guides about the foods they serve on the menu. Usually all you have to do is ask and they will be happy to provide it to you.

The Internet is fast becoming the ultimate place to look for nutritional information. Most major food producers have websites with in formation on their products. Even some restaurants have their menus online. There are also quite a few sites that have information on the many fast food restaurants and the content of their food all compiled in one place. Some of them can be quite extravagant and have more information then you could possibly ever want.

The best place to get nutritional information is still to simply ask your doctor. He will know your needs and will recommend the information you desire suited just for you. As an experienced medical practitioner, your doctor should be up to date with all the latest info as well as knowing what works and what is false. With so many sources of info at your disposal, it should be easy to find what you’re looking for.
